BOARD OF FIRE COMMISSIONERS

South Pierce Fire & Rescue is governed by a five-member Board of Fire Commissioners elected by voters to serve six-year terms. The board sets policy for the fire district, approves the annual budget, and provides oversight to ensure services meet the needs of the community.

Commissioners are local residents with strong ties to the communities they serve. They bring a range of professional and civic experience and help guide the district’s long-term vision, strategic planning and priorities on behalf of the residents of the district.
